As part of our continued efforts to streamline the patient and provider experience, The Assistance Fund (TAF) is excited to announce the launch of our new Provider Portal. The Portal is a one-stop-shop for providers to see up-to-date information on their patients, view TAF’s full list of disease programs and accompanying FDA-approved treatments, and send questions to our helpful TAF team. TAF’s new Provider Portal reflects our commitment to provide industry-leading technology with streamlined processes for providers and patients.
The Provider Portal links providers to their patients through submitted claims; once a claim is submitted by a provider or patient, the patient and their information will appear under the “My Patients” tab.
To take advantage of TAF’s new Provider Portal, visit tafcares.org/portal and request credentials. A TAF team member will authenticate your profile and send you an email confirmation within three to four business days.
