About TAF’s Provider Portal
TAF’s Provider Portal is a one-stop-shop for providers to see up-to-date information on their patients, view TAF’s full list of disease programs and accompanying FDA-approved treatment, and send questions to our helpful TAF team. TAF’s Provider Portal reflects our commitment to provide industry-leading technology with streamlined processes for providers and patients.
The Provider Portal links providers to their patients through submitted claims; once a claim is submitted by a provider or patient, the patient and their information will appear under the “My Patients” tab.
