The Assistance Fund is actively seeking donations to create new disease programs, enroll patients, and further our mission of providing underinsured people living with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases access to critical treatment through financial assistance, education, and advocacy. The disease states listed below have been reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board and approved by our Board of Directors.
