Sharon Patterson

Sharon is a global human resources (HR) executive with over 35 years of experience developing and implementing people strategies that drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. She has worked in the U.S. and Canada, has led HR functions globally, and has worked in such diverse industries as retail, financial services, engineering, and human capital management.

As a certified Executive Coach, Sharon has successfully contributed to the development of high-potential leaders in a variety of industries. Additionally, Sharon is an expert facilitator who specializes in team and leadership development. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
