Dalia Kacenauskaite

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Dalia Kacenauskaite oversees TAF’s operational strategies and ensures efficient processes across all departments. Dalia oversees our in-house contact center, claims management, operations support, quality, and operational optimization teams, offering strategic direction and guidance. She is responsible for managing resources, optimizing workflows, and driving performance improvements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Prior to joining TAF, Dalia was the Senior Director of Patient Support at the PAN Foundation for eight years. In that role, she successfully managed patient program operations, enhancing performance and refining processes to better serve the patients. Her background includes hands-on experience managing diverse teams and leveraging technology to optimize processes and patient support programs.

Previously, Dalia held leadership positions managing large contact center teams at Delta, UPS, eBay, and Zippy Shell Inc., where she enhanced operational efficiencies and led successful programs that met and exceeded key performance indicators, ensuring continuous quality improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Dalia holds a Master of Laws degree in international law from Mykolas Romeris University and is originally from Vilnius, Lithuania.
