I was referred to TAF for Insurance Premiums and Incidentals.

Once you’re referred to The Assistance Fund for Insurance Premiums and Incidentals, you can expect the following steps to take place:

  1. The referral’s information is reviewed against the program eligibility criteria.
  2. If the referral is within the program eligibility, a welcome letter with the enrollment application is mailed to you, indicating the need to complete and return the application.
  3. When we receive the completed enrollment application and proof of health insurance coverage, you are approved for participation in the program for the calendar year (unless otherwise specified for the applicable program). As part of your participation in the program, you may be requested to provide additional insurance plan details at the start of your reimbursements.
