How or why would a patient be terminated before the end of the calendar year?

If a patient gets flagged for audit, whether it’s a financial or diagnosis audit, TAF sends correspondence to the patient to inform them that we need supporting documentation to validate their eligibility and continued program participation. If patients do not provide the requested information within 30 days, we will terminate their account.
